Banksia serrata in Watercolour with David Reynold
Celebrate the art of botanical painting and create your own Banksia serrata artwork with experienced botanical artist from Melbourne, David Reynolds.
Over this two-day workshop we will explore the techniques used to create a beautiful Banksia study with step by step demonstrations and careful planning.
Each student will be guided through the process, ensuring confidence to complete a banksia study. Students will learn to hone the techniques necessary for ‘accurate realism’.
This workshop is designed for intermediate level artists with some botanical art experience. A materials list will be provided prior to the workshop.
Refreshments will be available for morning and afternoon tea; please bring your own lunch - note that food is available for purchase from the Gardens’ Pollen Cafe.
