Join PhotoAccess and leading local photomedia artist Kim Sinclair for a hands-on workshop exploring how to create striking cyanotype prints capturing your experience of the Gardens in beautiful late winter bloom.
Friday 6 September and Saturday 7 September, 11.30 am–1.00 pm — Meet at the Visitor Centre
Learn about the diversity of threatened species and communities on show at the Gardens on a special guided walk for Threatened Species Day.
Learn how nature and art can be combined to create unique, beautiful and captivating artistic images in a creative and inspiring session with Julia Lanford.
Find out why mindfulness, immersion in nature and art are so important for your health. Slow down. Look at nature. Find your inspiration in the natural world.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an accomplished artist, you will develop your skills of observation, drawing and appreciation for our natural environment.
Bring a pen, pencil or other sketching materials and enjoy some drawing and observation time. You will be provided with your very own visual diary on the day.
