Kakadu National Park

Thursday, 1.00–2.00 pm — Bowali Visitor Centre theatre

Have you always wondered what it would be like to be a park ranger in Australia’s largest national park?

Kakadu park rangers will take you behind the scenes in this presentation and talk, explaining their different roles and responsibilities – from conservation to guiding visitors through traditional lands and crocodile management.

Find out about the dangers they face, the organisation it takes to manage this 20,000 square km landscape, and the environmental delights that make every day an adventure.
