Cooinda is in the centre of the park, in the Yellow Water region. The Gagudju Cooinda Lodge has rooms, caravan and camping sites, and offers a central hub for all visitors seeking an evening meal and entertainment. The store there sells petrol, diesel, food and souvenirs, and takes bookings for commercial tours. It has a swimming pool which non-guests are welcome to use, and a playground for the kids.
