Kakadu National Park is gearing up for Australia's premier traditional food festival.
From 18 to 27 May 2018, the nation's most gifted practitioners of Indigenous food will work with traditional owners to deliver a stunning take on bush cuisine.
A Taste of Kakadu delivers a foodie experience like no other, all within a majestic dual World Heritage-listed national park.

An outdoor dining experience like no other
Guests at Taste 2017 enjoyed a delightful array of bush foods, including wildflower granitas, crocodile canapes and emu chorizo.
A lucky few were whisked away to an unforgettable 10-course degustation in a little-known part of the park. There they soaked in the sun as it set over one of Kakadu’s most picturesque vistas, and sampled unique bush flavours prepared by Fervor.

What an amazing experience last night at the Taste of Kakadu degustation dinner. It was held at Koongarra Saddle (Blue Tongue Dreaming) looking out to the escarpment near Nourlangie in Kakadu.
This place has been closed to the public for 20 years. Traditional Owner Jeffrey Lee shared his story and place with us. The food created by Fervor was incredible. Feeling grateful living in this beautiful country.
