Drawing on almost 40 years of culinary experience, Mark Olive will host an entertaining cooking presentation showcasing the native ingredients he uses to create his signature cuisine.
He’ll also share a smorgasbord of colourful anecdotes from his life working in food and television.
About Mark Olive
Mark Olive is Australia’s most renowned Indigenous chef and star of the popular SBS series The Chef’s Line.
A Bundjalung man, he has a passion for fusing native and Indigenous Australian ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques.
Mark trained and worked in kitchens all over the globe before he started cooking for the cameras. He founded an Indigenous catering company in Melbourne and has featured in multiple TV shows including The Outback Cafe, On Country Kitchen and competitive cooking smash The Chef’s Line.
