Booderee to re-open to day visitors from 18 October
We are pleased to announce that Booderee National Park is preparing for a staged re-opening from Monday, 18 October 2021.
On Monday, 18 October 2021, the park will re-open for day visitors only.
Please note that the park will not be open this week (11-17 October 2021) and restrictions around access to Murrays Boat Ramp, Summercloud Bay, Aussie Pipe and Wreck Bay Village remain in place.
Our staff are continuing to prepare for the re-opening on Monday 18 October and making all visitor precincts safe after recent storm damage. The safety of our staff, community and visitors remains our highest priority and we will continue to monitor and respond to the public health advice.
We thank the community for their patience during this closure period, and we’d like to acknowledge the Booderee National Park and Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council staff who have continued to maintain and care for the park during this closure.
Further updates about our staged re-opening will be published on our social media accounts and here in the news section of our website later this week.
