- Camelbak or other hydration pack (for walks longer than 1-2 hours)

- Long, lightweight clothing (good for sun and mosquito protection)

For camping permits please contact the Christmas Island National Park office. You must provide your own camping equipment as there are no purpose-built camping areas in the park.
