Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park

While Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park currently remains open to visitors, the public is reminded to follow travel restrictions and health advice amid a rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation in the Northern Territory.

Park Manager Dianne Scopel says we will continue to closely monitor the situation and that the safety of the public, staff and Traditional Owners remain the highest priority.

“It’s critical that everyone continues to regularly monitor and adhere to the public health and travel directions, which can change quickly,” Dianne Scopel said.

“While the park is currently open, COVID-Safe practices such as social distancing and hand sanitising remain in place and we will be ready to respond to any changes to the public health and travel directions.”

Visitors are encouraged to visit their state/territory site daily for updates on areas of concern, and to check the NT Government website and here on the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park website before setting off.
