Following the ACT Government’s announcement of the ACT’s COVID-19 Pathway Forward, we’re pleased to advise that the Australian National Botanic Gardens, as an ‘outdoor attraction’, is permitted to re-open to the public on 29 October 2021.

We look forward to welcoming visitors back to the Gardens from 29 October 2021 and thank you for your patience and support. We will provide further information about our re-opening plans and ongoing COVID-Safe operational plans in the coming weeks.
