Culture on the Move – Traditional Weaving Workshops
Come and join Ronnie Jordan, a Kalkadoon Pitta Pitta woman who will share her traditional ecological knowledge with you.
Ronnie is a qualified professional weaver and artist and has delivered weaving and art workshops to government agencies, community groups, schools, events and corporations.
These workshops are a hands-on experience empowering participants with a sense of connection and the opportunity to learn to connect to the oldest living culture in the world.
All materials included (raffia and natural fibres). Each participant will receive a weaving pack to take home. Pack includes: materials, tote bag, full weaving guide & a needle.
Suitable for ages 15+ years.
