Stroll on the grass, hug a mighty tree and listen to a chorus of beautiful birdsong.

The Eucalypt Lawn offers plenty of spots to relax in the shade of more than 70 different types of eucalypts. Around one-fifth of Australia’s iconic eucalypt species are represented here, scattered around a soft green lawn.

This is a great place to enjoy a picnic or our summer cinema and events.

The Burbidge Amphitheatre is situated in the upper part of the Eucalypt Lawn. The Ducrou Pavilion is also on the lawn and is a popular picnic spot for groups.
