Womens weaving workshop
Learn the creative technique of weaving, using 100% natural and locally sourced materials and feathers.
Join local Daluk (Aboriginal women) and Patsy Raglan to learn the technique for weaving, as used to create baskets, bags, fans, mats, jewellery and more. To coincide with Bird Week, the Daluk will use native bird feathers in their weaving for this session.
For cultural reasons the weaving workshop is for female participants only. Men are welcome to watch.
