Kakadu National Park

Kinhkinh – Bowali Under The Stars

Join renowned chefs Paul Iskov of Fervor and Ben Tyler of Kakadu Kitchen, with assistance from the young mob from the Stars Foundation and the Clontarf Academy, for a delectable 4-course dinner under the stars in Kakadu National Park.

The evening will begin with a Welcome to Country. Then, settle in for the feast with entertainment by the talented and acclaimed singer Shellie Morris AO, and listen to stories.

Tickets include a canapé and non-alcoholic drink designed by Ben Tyler on arrival, followed by a 4-course dégustation menu with matched wines or non-alcoholic beverages.

Dietary requirements can be catered for if notified beforehand, as well as your preference of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage service, so please ensure you add these when booking.

The Menu

The menu will feature local native Australian ingredients such as crocodile, barramundi and kangaroo.

Be prepared to try new flavours, wild kakadu apple, bush tomato or rosella flower.

Many of the menu items are locally foraged and subject to seasonal availability and therefore may change.

We look forward to welcoming you to this unforgettable evening!

Please note that tickets are limited, so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
