This paper presents an assessment of the risks posed by commercial fishing methods to Conservation Values of the Areas for Further Assessment (AFAs) of the North Marine Region (NMR) and the North-west Marine Region (NWMR).

This fishing risk assessment (FRA) will inform the determination of the location and nature of new Commonwealth marine reserves in these Regions.
